Günter Maier has more than 15 years of experience in managing international teams, projects and acquisitions in conventional- and renewable energy.
He is also the founder and managing director of Buzzard Energy GmbH which invests in the energy and cleantech sector. Prior to founding Buzzard Energy, Günter Maier built the renewable power business of OMV (including wind-, hydro-, and solar power) and has worked steadily in an international environment including CEE, Turkey and MENA.
He holds a PhD from the University of Leoben and an MSc on renewable energy from the Technical University of Vienna.
Andreas
Sernetz has more than 15 years of experience in developing new business
concepts and scaling them. As a successful serial entrepreneur, he knows how to
identify and grow new opportunities.
He is also
co-founder and investor of several start-ups in the low-code and robotic
process automation space, as well as engaged in renewable energy projects.
Andreas started his career path at Accenture as management consultant in
Switzerland.
He holds a
Master of Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economic
Sciences.
Radovan H. Mitas has more than 15 years of experience in managing legal affairs and managing assets in multiple jurisdictions including Central European Countries, Russia and China. Prior joining AMIC, Radovan H. Mitas managed 5 years the legal affairs of the central European retail operations with a major international fuel company. Before that, he managed assets and legal affairs in Central Europe for Unibail-Rodamco, a major shopping center owner & operator.
His previous working experience also includes a Magic Circle law firm, and private equity business.
Radovan holds a degree from Law faculty Charles University, Prague and an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology.
